NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Alamance County Board Commissioners will hold an evidentiary hearing at the October 19, 2020 meeting regarding the request of Callie Brauel and Nathan Hueing for modification of the Alamance County Manufactured Home Park Ordinance to reduce the road frontage requirement from 100’ to 50’ and minimum setback requirements of 45’ from centerline on the property located at 3147 NC 54, Haw River, GPIN 9802168004 and 9802152216.

(https://www.alamance-nc.com) The State of North Carolina and Alamance County have declared States of Emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  To ensure sufficient social distancing, applicants and other individuals who participate in the evidentiary hearing at this meeting will be required to sign-up and provide copies of all documents, exhibits, and any other materials they wish to present at the hearing, no later than 5 p.m. on October 18, 2020.
